Leadership Protocol Institute

This charming small company specializes in etiquette and protocol training. From Leadership Protocol Institute's website... Amanda was privileged to help launch LPI. Its founder, Bobbi Graves, is a certified etiquette coach and wanted to base her small business in Greenwood, Indiana. She was gracious enough to give permission to post the small business marketing plan and small business marketing proposal Amanda created for her. This business plan is typical of the content (including specific action steps) that one can expect to receive upon engaging Zoo in a Jungle Marketing. (Links are in PDF format).

Based on the small business marketing plan, Amanda conducted extensive customer research. Using that research, Zoo in a Jungle Marketing was able to design a newsletter that appealed to the needs of the various groups. The newsletters can be viewed on LPI's News page. In addition, Amanda created a Pay-Per-Click campaign that successfully generated calls for LPI's services.
